Art Fellowship Hours
1/31/26
noon – 2pm
Art Fellowship Hours is a cheeky way of saying “open creative play time.” These are 2-hour blocks of studio time for you to come into the Church of Art studio –on your own or with a friend– to paint, draw, collage, peruse our collection of art books with a cup of hot tea (provided), or just hang out and chat in a warm, inviting space!
$30 for up to 2 hours of independent creative art-making in the studio, including use of the studio’s paintbrushes, texture tools, collection of still life objects–basically anything that is non-consumable. All you need to bring with you is paper or canvas. Come and go as you like during the two hour block.
With the $10 add-on you can use the studio’s water-based paints (watercolors, gouache, acryl-gouache, acrylics), drawing pens, pastels, markers, paint pens, graphite sticks, drawing pencils, charcoal, colored pencils, collage ephemera and glue (basically, the consumable supplies). Please bring paper or canvas with you, though if they’re not all being used, you are welcome to make art in one of the Community Sketchbooks. (Community Sketchbooks live in the studio for everyone to enjoy and we ask that you please not remove pages).
