Our Sketchbook Revivals are relaxing, engaging sessions of drawing and painting in your own sketchbook, often with a theme, and the theme for this one is Inspiring Words! Think: quotes that move you, lines from poems, funny quips, political slogans, quotes from literature, words related to: art, gardening, cooking, athletics, or even personal mantras. Bring words and sayings that amuse, delight, or even inspire you and we’ll spend a few hours lettering, drawing, and painting sketchbook pages that celebrate those words.
What We’ll Use:
Select from the studio’s art supplies including: watercolor, gouache, acrylic paint, acrylic markers (POSCA pens), alcohol markers, fine liner pens, charcoal, graphite, pastels, colored pencils, and more. All you need to bring is your own sketchbook (any size, any type) and some quotes, words, or sayings that you want to commemorate in your sketchbook.
